Valve components have a wide range of applications, covering fields such as petroleum, chemical, water treatment, and manufacturing. Compared to other technologies (such as stationary valves or dedicated control equipment), their modular design makes them easily adaptable to different operating conditions.

 

For example, by changing the valve core type (such as ball valve core or butterfly valve core), it is possible to switch between liquid or gas control, while dedicated equipment may be limited to one or two media. In terms of innovation, valve components are not as cutting-edge as some new technologies (such as 3D-printed integrated valves), but due to their maturity and standardization, they are easier to integrate into existing systems. The downside is that in extreme environments (such as ultra-high temperatures or vacuum), customized solutions may be required, and the versatility of valve components may be insufficient. In contrast, some integral valves are specially designed and may be more suitable for niche applications. Due to their versatility and ease of use, valve components have become the preferred choice for many industries.
