Valve accessories are diverse, and based on their function and application, they can be mainly divided into the following categories:

Actuator Accessories: These are the core components for valve operation, including electric actuators, pneumatic actuators, and hydraulic actuators. These actuators receive control signals and drive the valve to open or close, achieving automated fluid control. Actuator accessories are usually equipped with position feedback devices for precise control of the valve opening.

Seals: Seals are key components for preventing fluid leakage, including valve seat seals, valve stem seals, and stuffing box seals. They are typically made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials such as rubber and PTFE to ensure good sealing performance during long-term use.

Valve Stem and Connectors: The valve stem is an important component connecting the actuator and the valve closing element. It transmits the driving force of the actuator, causing the valve to open or close. Connectors are used to securely connect the valve stem to the actuator or other components, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the transmission.

Positioners and Limit Switches: Positioners precisely control valve opening, ensuring the valve opens or closes at a preset position. Limit switches detect the valve's open or closed state; when the valve reaches its limit position, they signal to cut off power or air supply, preventing over-opening or over-closing.

Filters and Pressure Regulators: In systems with high fluid quality requirements, filters remove impurities from the fluid, preventing wear or blockage of the valve. Pressure regulators reduce fluid pressure, ensuring the valve operates within a safe pressure range.

Solenoid Valves and Pneumatic Components: Solenoid valves are key components in pneumatic control systems, using electromagnetic control to switch the airflow, thus controlling the valve's opening and closing. Pneumatic components include cylinders and air supply processing elements, working together to provide stable pneumatic power to the valve.

Valve Caps and Other Small Accessories: Valve caps protect the valve top from external environmental corrosion. They are typically made of metal or plastic, offering good corrosion resistance and sealing performance. In addition, there are some small accessories such as bolts, nuts, and washers. Although they are inconspicuous, they play an important role in the installation and maintenance of valves.
